Wood & Keepsake Co. is operated by Precision Axis Solution LLC d/b/a Wood & Keepsake Co., located in Granbury, Texas, United States.
By accessing this website, placing an order, submitting customization information, approving a design, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
Products and Services
Wood & Keepsake Co. offers handcrafted wooden décor, personalized gifts, seasonal products, custom creations, craft products, kits, CNC-machined products, laser-cut or laser-engraved products, and related items.
Because many of our products are handcrafted or made from natural wood materials, variations in grain, color, texture, knots, pattern, tone, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly because of natural materials, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations, and other factors.
Minor variations resulting from handcrafted production, CNC machining, laser cutting, engraving, sanding, finishing, or other normal manufacturing processes are not considered defects when they do not materially affect the intended use of the product.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Many products may be personalized or customized with names, dates, wording, measurements, designs, artwork, photographs, logos, colors, or other customer-provided information.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing accurate personalization information before submitting an order.
Wood & Keepsake Co. is not responsible for errors resulting from information supplied or approved by the customer, including incorrect spelling, names, dates, measurements, wording, colors, design selections, quantities, addresses, or other customization details.
Once production, engraving, cutting, fabrication, machining, printing, finishing, or personalization has begun, a custom or personalized order generally cannot be changed or canceled.
Approval of Custom Designs
When a design proof, layout, personalization preview, measurement, spelling, placement, artwork, or other approval is requested, the customer is responsible for reviewing all details carefully before approval.
Customer approval authorizes Wood & Keepsake Co. to begin production based on the approved information.
Wood & Keepsake Co. is not responsible for errors that were present in information, measurements, text, artwork, layouts, or proofs supplied or approved by the customer.
Changes requested after customer approval or after production has begun may not be possible and may require additional charges.
If a customer fails to respond to a required approval request, production and shipping may be delayed until the necessary approval is received.
Custom Design Requests
Custom projects may require communication with the customer before production begins.
Depending on the project, we may request additional information, measurements, artwork, photographs, design approval, material selections, or other specifications.
We reserve the right to decline a custom project if we determine that it cannot reasonably be manufactured, does not meet our production capabilities, presents a safety concern, violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or involves content we are unwilling or legally unable to produce.
Quotes or estimates for custom projects may be based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Changes to dimensions, materials, quantity, design, finishing, shipping requirements, or other specifications may result in a revised price.
Customer-Provided Content
If you provide photographs, artwork, logos, text, designs, trademarks, names, images, or other materials for use in a custom product, you represent that you own those materials or have the necessary rights, authorization, or permission to use and reproduce them.
You grant Wood & Keepsake Co. permission to use those submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to review, design, manufacture, communicate about, and fulfill your requested product.
You are responsible for claims arising from materials you provide if you do not have authorization to use them.
We reserve the right to refuse content that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, or otherwise cannot legally or appropriately be reproduced.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, unavailable materials, production limitations, incorrect inventory information, technical errors, prohibited content, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed and no product has been provided, any amount owed to you will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
We may contact you when additional information is necessary to complete an order. Failure to provide required information may delay production or result in cancellation when the order cannot reasonably be completed.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, products, materials, availability, product descriptions, and promotions may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
Payments are processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers available through our website.
Wood & Keepsake Co. does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card numbers on its website.
An order may not enter production until required payment has been successfully authorized or received.
Processing and Shipping
Most standard orders are typically prepared within 2–3 business days.
Personalized, customized, made-to-order, large, high-volume, or complex products may require additional production time.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping begins after an order has been completed and transferred to the carrier.
Delivery dates and transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping Delays
If we determine that we cannot ship an order within a stated or legally applicable shipping period, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a revised shipping date or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.
We are not responsible for carrier transit delays that occur after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery and before assembly, installation, modification, finishing, alteration, or use.

Clear photographs of the entire product.
Close-up photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Photographs of the shipping box.
Photographs of the protective packaging.
Any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
Please retain all original packaging, shipping materials, and the shipping box until any damage claim has been reviewed and resolved.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Claims will be evaluated based on the circumstances, available documentation, applicable carrier requirements, and applicable law.
Damage After Delivery
Damage occurring after successful delivery is not considered shipping damage or a manufacturing defect when it results from customer actions or circumstances occurring after delivery.
Wood & Keepsake Co. does not provide free replacements or refunds for damage caused by:
Assembly.
Installation.
Modification or alteration.
Improper handling.
Dropping or accidental breakage.
Misuse.
Improper storage.
Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions.
Failure to follow applicable instructions.
Damage occurring after the customer begins assembly, installation, modification, or use.
Customers should inspect all components before beginning assembly, installation, modification, or use.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Because many of our products are handcrafted, produced to order, personalized, or customized, sales are generally final except where otherwise required by applicable law or specifically provided in our Refund Policy.
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Incorrect selections made by the customer.
Incorrect size, material, color, design, quantity, or option selected by the customer.
Incorrect names, wording, spelling, dates, measurements, or other information supplied or approved by the customer.
Personalized or customized products.
Made-to-order products.
Damage caused after delivery by assembly, installation, modification, misuse, accidental breakage, improper handling, or similar customer-caused circumstances.
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.
If production, personalization, fabrication, engraving, cutting, machining, or other manufacturing work has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Authorized Returns
Do not send a product back to Wood & Keepsake Co. without prior written authorization.
If we determine that a return is necessary to resolve an approved claim, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or other resolution.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, including photographs, graphics, text, product presentations, logos, branding, website content, illustrations, design elements, and other materials created by Wood & Keepsake Co., are owned by or licensed to Precision Axis Solution LLC.

When such an event affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and complete the order when reasonably possible.
This provision does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay, security issues, technical errors, or other problems.
