Materials
What materials do you use?
We work with quality plywoods in thicknesses from 3 mm up to 3/4 in, along with selected hardwoods. Because wood is a natural material, grain, color, and texture may vary slightly from piece to piece.
Customization
Can I personalize or request a custom design?
Yes. Many products can be personalized with names, dates, text, or other details. For custom designs or special requests, contact us before ordering so we can review the project and available options.
Order Protection
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and before assembly, installation, modification, or use. Contact us within 48 hours at woodkeepsakeco@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the claim.
